Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client communications and ensuring the smooth execution of digital marketing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients via email, and phone
  • Managing digital marketing project workflow to ensure smooth execution
  • Consulting clients and planning their digital marketing campaigns
  • Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, follow-up emails, and meeting organization
  • Creating offers and assisting with office policies and procedures
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, seminars, and online company events
  • Ensuring quality control of digital marketing and design work
  • Consulting clients on ongoing results and sending reports

Job requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong background in digital marketing and excellent technical skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and work independently. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent in English
  • High Degree and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Completion of digital marketing courses
  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
  • Good organisational skills and file structuring
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Looker Studio, and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Understanding SEO concepts
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights for campaign optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of macOS
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proactive and creative personality
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Must be self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills
